Why these tools exist
Scholarship portals such as ICCR A2A, the COMPEX online form and Study in India each set strict rules for uploads: a photo within a fixed KB range, a signature on a white background, certificates merged into one PDF, or a file below a size limit. Many applications are delayed or rejected simply because a file does not meet these rules.
Each tool here solves one of those problems. Start with the COMPEX Document Prep tool if you are applying for COMPEX, use the Image Resizer for photos and signatures, and use the PDF tools to merge, convert or shrink certificates. Every tool page explains the steps, typical portal requirements and common mistakes.
All processing happens inside your browser using JavaScript, so your passport and certificates are never uploaded anywhere. For a full walkthrough of preparing documents, read our guide on scanning, formats and file sizes.
